I've always been fascinated by the question:

"Why do some people merely survive life while others learn to create it?"

For many years, I lived from a place of fear, self-protection, and disconnection. Difficult experiences left me feeling isolated from the world around me and uncertain about how to move forward.

Over time, I discovered something that changed my life:

Meaning isn't something we find.

It's something we create through the choices we make.

Personal development taught me how to move from reacting to life toward responding to it with greater awareness, intention, and purpose. It helped me reconnect with myself, my creativity, and the possibilities that existed beyond my circumstances.

Today, I help others do the same.

A Different Way of Seeing

I have aphantasia, meaning I do not visualize images in my mind's eye the way many people do. Instead, I experience the world through meaning, patterns, felt sense, metaphor, and connection.

I also developed ambidexterity as a child, adapting between different ways of engaging with the world.

These experiences taught me that there is rarely one "right" way to think, learn, solve problems, or grow.

We each have unique ways of processing experience.

My work helps people understand their own.

My Background

I hold degrees in psychology and social work and have spent years studying personal development, neuroscience, communication, creativity, and human behavior.

I am also a published author. Writing stories has deepened my appreciation for the ways people make meaning from their experiences and continually reinvent themselves throughout life's journey.

Today, I bring together science, creativity, self-discovery, and practical action to help clients create meaningful change.

What I Believe

I believe:

  • Self-awareness creates freedom.

  • Meaning is discovered through engagement, not avoidance.

  • Growth requires both insight and action.

  • Creativity is not reserved for artists; it is a way of approaching life.

  • Every person possesses strengths and wisdom that are waiting to be recognized.

Most importantly, I believe that when we understand who we are, we become better equipped to make choices that give life meaning.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
