 Interpret small to mean;  

Specific, manageable actions liberate life.   

       Steps forward take effort, so we don’t want to make them so big that no steps are taken. And we definitely want to avoid walking in circles.

        Following this model leads us in a deliberate direction with a deliberate destination forward.
