Episode 1: Having freedom to decide what you want in life is liberating because it enables you to be a deliberate co-creator. Explore with me in this podcast what thoughts and actions serve us best and what really doesn't. In future episodes I will discuss the STEPS acronym and how it can give us each the power to improve personally.
Episode 2: After we decide what it is that we want in life, we must commit to taking action in that desired direction because commitment is the glue to success. In order to produce the results you desire, you must perform with full confidence in your abilities. I'll show how this is done in real life stories that have been showcased in the movies. Join me and then think of your own examples.
Episode 3: In this podcast I go "raw" and share how my self-critic was crippling me. I compare this to a cow. This is the 1st explanation into personal issues that are addressed within the STEPS model. I give suggestions how to overcome the self-critic.
Episode 4: What is the difference between thoughts and thinking? I will discuss what the difference is, as well as I share 5 normal healthy functioning tips that allow for more control and contentment in life.
Episode 5: What thinking distortions do we let into our lives? IF only we had an alarm or a squeaky door that tipped us off as to their entrance into our minds. Things like mind-reading, fortune-telling or just plain expectations can take over. Learn how to recognize them and then learn how to address them by listening to this podcast.
Episode 6: We explore what emotional intelligence looks like by examining the Inside Out movie and pose questions we all can ask ourselves in emotional situations.
Episode 7: I will share how risks that help develop your talents and grow are totally worth it by comparing it to the parable of the talents. This is a new way of seeing how our efforts only help us expand. I talk more about the P-proactive progress in the STEPS model.
Episode 8: Have you ever wondered why it was so easy to slip into road-rage? Being territorial can prevent you from accomplishing your goals. Can you think of other areas in your life where you feel threatened? How do you control it, you ask? By using the right question. What about our innate need to belong? How is that hindering your progress? Or is it? Learning to use these built-in sensors will allow us to use the CEO we have access to; our own brain.
Episode 9: Comparing life to a line. It's important to have admirers and having mirroring neurons helps in patterning our lives after them. Then learn about our working memory and how all of these things will help you succeed in achieving and progressing in our goals.
Episode 10: I share a story I've written and then we talk about how the lost is found. Join me and learn about how to keep the foundation of who you are. text and edit me. It's easy.
Episode 11: What is a mental revelation? It's when the idea you've held for years is shattered by a simple declaration of, "You did that." Listen to how I learned I was to blame in my simple childhood story. Then learn how to correct irrational beliefs that might be holding you back in life.
Episode 12: Accepting and learning to consent to things as they are simplifies life. Learn what questions to ask when arguing seems easier to do.
Episode 13: Learn how damaging inferiority can be. It sits on the other end of the pendulum as pride. Let humbleness be the solution.
Episode 14: What you focus on expands. What are you focusing on? Is it positive or negative. If you get stuck focusing on the negative you can reframe how you view relationships and situations and your RAS will help you.
Episode 15: Learn how some cultures deliberately add flaws to their art to account for imperfections and how we can do the same with life.
Episode 16: How many times do we throw a fit about something that won't change? It's like trying to reset how the world goes round. Crying about gravity isn't going to change that it exist and is necessary. Trust can be a tool to help as well as stop throwing fits.
Episode #17: In this episode we discuss how fear can be compared to shovel. Faith is the answer to rising above any pit you might feel you are in. Another requirement for practicing faith is by letting go. We also explore the lessons taught with Peter walking on the water.
Episode #18: Do we have personal biases that skew our decisions? Learn some natural preferences that we can make and then learn to how expand your ability to make well rounds and educated decisions by thinking critically.
Episode #19: What power does the words don't and can't have in your life? How about the shoudly words shouldn't and must? What about the word deliberate, intentional, or on purpose? How about creative, thoughtful and trusting? Words are seeds that will either positively motivate you or will negatively influence you. Think of the words you use in your life, are they useful?
Listen to a story and then decide how much you do in your storytelling. What character do you cast yourself as, the victim, the survivor or the hero. How does an emotionally mature person act? Let their actions be part of your story.

Episode 22 we talk about Hollywood Week, and a bunch of other physiological hijacks that block us away from logic and reasoning and what to do about it. Performance expert Dr. Allen Watkins gives the best tip to combat biological lobotomies and I refer to some of his rhythmic breathing research.
Episode 23. There really is science about what you didn't know called the four competence levels. Blend those learning stages in with the emotional cycle of change and you have yourself knowledge that can empower you instead of disable you. Join me and see how this info can help in your life.
